When anyone complains about gas prices the refrain is always, “it’s the economy, stupid".

Well, if you don’t want to have to educate your own children…. It’s the money, stupid. People have to make enough money to participate in the economy.

It’s not optional and has nothing to do with faux morals or personal failings. Duh.
