Exactly. Personally, as I said, Transpeople have been using bathrooms in public for years. I'm sure there have been incidents, but there are everywhere, so they're not specific to bathrooms.

We don't need laws to go to the bathroom.

Maybe a good compromise would be to extend requirements for family facilities, which will be available to Transpeople. Maybe as a stepping stone to see how it goes.
