Exactly. Not only do men not show up to court, theyboften don't advocate for custody in negotiation prior to their case being heard. They immediately roll over based on the advice of their lawyers.
So who's really pushing the dynamic? Men and money, right? Men because most are so naturally submissive they won't fight or advocate for what they want. And money because the less time a lawyer spends on a case, the bigger the profit. They bill by the hour, but they don't work by the hour.
