It's like in jobs how once women attain parity in a particular job market, suddenly it's not that valuable a job. When men make parity, like in computer science (which used to be considered low skill grunt work when it was a female dominstes field) then suddenly salaries start to rise.

I think it's the same thing.

Girls achieved parity in presence and performance and now boys don't value an education. It's "girly".

Excellent point about how they will sit for 3 damn days straight to play a video game or in a tree for hours to kill a deer but they won't sit for 20 minutes to read a book.
