Everyone there at the church that night who participated should.be charged. Every. Single. One.

But, as a society we love to punish bad mothers but we have to protect religions and bad actors hiding behind religions at all costs. We also categorically refuse to question any institution or anything about our culture and society that creates bad mothers. Because then we might have to do something; ee might have to hold ourselves accountable and step up.

So I won't hold my breath.
