Every generation, we strip more of the bias away. I appreciate your article and I agree .... but with the caveat that younger generations wouldn't be where they are if we hadn't risen on the shoulders of previous generations feminists. So while, yes, there's still a lot of internalized misogyny and bigotry in older generations, there's a lot of work that was done in them too. Let's not forget that.

I have a gen Z now a young adult. I am often in awe. But I know she would be so awesome if I hadn't given her the space to be and sheltered her from as much of the BS as I could until she was old enough and competent enough to deal with it.
