Ending hook up culture isn't a bad thing. Nothing against random hook ups or people who want that but just coming up to people in random in public like a dog trying to hump your leg has been delitirious to the social fabric. It's eating away at it like moths on wool.

There are sex clubs. There could be more. Make them safe for women and anonymous and have all the hook ups you want.

Off the street. And with people who want the same thing. Everyone wins.

Social awkwardness is not the same thing as entitlement. Let's not kid ourselves. The reason why some people, by which we mean men here, have a problem with appropriateness is because of entirlement and mixed messages. Theyve been told for years now that they're supposed to approach women at random and shoot their shot by society on the one hand but told women don't really like or appreciate that by women on the other. It didn't used to be this way. A century or two ago, approaching women in public like that would have gotten you a best down or shot. It just wasn't done. And yet, they seemed to pair off reasonably well enough.

Coincidence? I think not.

It's true, that women had more of a anees for marriage in the past, but they had options out of it too. It was just choosing between societal scorn of being an old maid or a loveless marriage if you failed to truly connect with someone.

But by and large, women still want partnership and marriage. They just sont need it anymore. That means you can take your time and find a good fit.
