Dude. Just because I pointed out the first obvious step in reducing suicides in men in a COMMENT doesn't mean there's not a second or a third. You have to start somewhere. Means limiting legislation is the most effective first step. It is what it is.

That's what happened when it was women suiciding. They passed legislation to limit means first. Then comes the rest.
