Disagree. What she is expressing here is entirely normal. It's also somewhat transient, in the sense that it's a snapshot, not an album; or, a still frame, not a movie. A lot more women go through feeling of being let down or snookered, like the goods they got sold wasn't what was advertised, at some point in their lives than not.
It's not because of a hormone imbalance or depression.
It's because what they were told as girls and young women would lead to "the good life" didn't or didn't make them happy or fulfilled as promised. They were lied to. This is an expression of the sting of it.
This is the first step of many toward claiming or reclaiming their own life and finding some value and purpose beyond the very narrow roles of wife and mother.
Don't judge. More than likely, it's just s matter of time before you start having these thoughts and feelings too.
