Depends on the use. In this case, it's either incorrect or it's sexistb unless she was also yelling it.
The opinion is hardly a controversial one. If you think her having that opinion is grating and excessively unpleasant, then yes, that's sexist.
Probably would have been better off with the word brash. Behar is often bold and brash.
I appreciate this as part of her personality. I can also see why a lot of men and women wouldn't as it breaks behavioral gender norms.
