Let me answer that for you. You'll find words like that in the antonyms column, because it's the opposite of jealousy and resentment born of animosity.
Honestly, I thi k you're splitting hairs here and you have a bit of chicken/egg argument going on. Why would you be jealous or land in resentment if you didn't already have some animosity toward the person inspiring that jealousy and resentment? Why wouldn't you be glad for them and be content with the advantages YOU have that they don't?
Because you don't think they deserve whatever advantage you're perceiving? Because they have something you don't? Because you're afraid you'll miss out?
