The real divide is not so much men vs women, though the confusion is understandable because gender is the battleground.

The real divide is authoritarians vs egalitarian.

Authoritarian, who are both men and women, seek to dictate how everyone else lives their lives along the lines of gender tropes.

Unfortunately, to further complicate matters, it's not a Stark bimodal divide of authoritarian or not. That's why we need to be careful about which narratives and beliefs we're promoting, so we don't muddy up the middle.

There is no doubt at this point that these gender tropes are damaging the lives of everyone and preventing connection between all people, not just between men and women.
