Uh huh.

Also, divorce court is not a criminal trial. What men are "automatically perceived as guilty of" is failing in their marriage.

But so are the women.

That's why you're there. One or both partners were unwilling to continue the marriage.

Stating that the reason you want out of the marriage is because your husband did X, Y, or Z and you felt it to be abusive behavior, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful is not the same as pressing criminal charges for assault or whatever.

And guess what? The men that actually show up for their court dates are also asked why they want out of the marriage. Stating that their wives wouldn't have sex with them, hit them, berated them, or emasculated them is ALSO not the same as pressing criminal charges against them.

All it is, is basically saying the marriage contract has been broken and how. Nobody goes to jail for getting a divorce. Stop conflating.
