How much reach did this guy have? Where in that post was he influencing anyone to follow suit?

If you feel compelled tonateike a match just because he did, isn't that a you problem? Hiw does limiting his free speech protect you from being influenced? From him maybe, but there's a lot of people out there ready and willing to lead lemmings over a proverbial cliff or off a bridge.

Seems to me the best deterrent is to not be a lemming.
