First off, people exist across of spectrum of sexuality, that's not just how they identify, it includes how fussed they are about sex to begin with.

Secondly, that evaluation of that has not happened outside a culture that fetishizes breasts and the female form.

Men's supposed increase in visual acuity or focus is socialized, not normal or biological. If it was biological, they'd notice a lot of other things too....like that sink full of dirty dishes or how "cancelled" has too many L's in it. Or any number of things they are routinely obtuse about.
