Borderline sedition?

Does an active rebellion have to actually occur before were willing to call the incitement of it sedition? Or is the incitement on its own enough to call a spade a spade.

As far as I’m concerned, that thinly veiled threat of assassination by Alex Jones is sedition. Plain and simple.

You don’t get to claim it’s just entertainment once you’ve called for murder to overturn an election.
