There would be a learning curve, but most people have actually had to work, really work, enough in their lives to have gained some real experience in how things work. They haven’t had things handed to them, had people cleaning up behind them or promoting them, or been allowed to bilk off people with less.

And if you put anyone else in that position other than your average white guy, your odds improve even more because all of them have had to fight even harder for what they have.
