Because they’re required to be there. Whether the kid is tired or not, another thing children need to learn is that the world does not revolve around them.
Sometimes bigger responsibilities come before personal comforts.
Like it or not, there are public expectations of royal families. They’d be equally crucified if any of them weren’t there.
Look at the commentary around Harry and Meghan.
Anything she does or doesn’t do is up for being debated and trashed.
Honestly you’re making a big deal out of nothing. Kids have tantrums. They get tired. Most of us see one doing the exact same thing every time.we go to the grocery store. This is hardly indicative of bad parenting and it’s not the end of the world. In fact, it’s quite mundane.
I think you’re mad because the British tabloids endorsed his tantrum. Fair enough. It’s not something you want your kids to continue doing forever. But what has that got to do with Kate? She did t write those articles for them? And why are you tearing her down specifically? William was there took as we’re many of the Royal family. They didn’t “address it" either. Where’s your criticism for them?
I agree you don’t have kids and probably don’t really like kids. That doesn’t give you the right to tear down those of us who chose to, or micromanage someone else’s mothering choices. If the motherhood lane wasn’t where you wanted to be, that’s fine, your life is your own, but stay out of it if that’s the choice you made.
