You could also hire a PI. There’s all sorts of ways to get evidence. Go talk to a sex crimes officer for advice. Befriend a legal aid who has experience in these issues. Start figuring out what your options are. Real options. Something other than sitting and hoping you won’t be buying a grave for your daughter the next time. You can’t afford to act passively with someone who has threatened to kill you.
