It's not an attitude, and it's not just a run away feeling. Also not hyperbole. Even the men who love me also hate me. It's accrued from a lifetime of interactions with men from all walks of life. Seems like all women live with this. You chaffed against it your whole life or it breaks you and you become a shadow of who you should be.

I definitely believe it's accurate. I keep looking for evidence to the contrary, but evidence will pile up where it will, despite your personal desires.

I get that you don't get it. Why would you? You lack perspective, especially about hate. Men seem to think about hate in a particular way, but that's not what the way women see it. It's that black/white vs more nuanced thinking.
