Tate is stoking controversy to con men out of money. Rowling is embroiled in controversy as part of deeply held beliefs.

Tate is a criminal. He's a trafficker. He's engaging in human sexual slavery.

Rowling isn't making money off her beliefs. She made it by writing a beloved YA series.
