Are you kidding? You make the job more accessible and less hostile to women, including considerations for child care.

You've got hordes or young men who, apparently, have no purpose in life anymore and are all depressed and shit because there are no jobs and they can't do anything (no skills other than moving their thumbs over a game controller) or be men. Whatever. The diatribes and narratives are long winded and bizarre.

So establish a job corps. Put 'em to work so they won't be shiftless or whatever.
