AP isn't being denied the opportunity to share their stance. AP is a British citizen and therefore has nothing to do with the fallout of the Dobbs decision here in the US.

I don't see a compassionate stance in all the women in red states being acceptable collateral damage to pernicious state violence against them when debating legal semantics.

Penguin makes the erroneous assumption that this will force a corrective measure in the legal code that shouldn't have been settled for in the first place.

But Penguin is incorrect. That's not what's going to happen.

It's far more likely the Dobbs decision will lead to a second civil war or a hastening of collapse.
