Any idea how many men claim to have been snipped so they can ride bareback? Do you think those women get to have a financial abortion after that baby is born?
Don't forget abortion is completely banned in 18 states now.
See? If he would have been seeing to own reoroductive potential this wouldn't have happened. He made himself vulnerable and somebody (possibly - he said/she said) took advantage of him. He put his heart out there and he got played by a nefarious and entitled person. He should have chosen better women.
His suit was baseless and poorly played, probably because he had no evidence of what he should have pursued, assuming he's being forthright and completely honest and assuming that statute is on the books in his state. A reproductive rape charge. (Coercive rape by fraud).
Unfortunately for him, he found out the hard way exactly how abyssmal of a failure the legal and justice system has been in stemming the tide of sexual violence. Hes in good company. Literally millions of women, hundreds of thousands every year have also been failed by the justice system when someone took advantage of their trust and abused them.
But what can be done? We can't lock people up for having a uterus any more than we can lock people up for having a penis. And it would be unfair to hold a whole group responsible for the conduct of a minor fraction of their number. It's not that bad, statistically speaking.
Besides, he needs to take some personal accountability for his bad choices to put himself in harm's way.
I wonder what he was wearing.
Do you know if he was drinking or high?
Yeah, I guess his personal tragedy is sad, sort of. Meh, what can be done?
And he got that nice baby out of it so now he can fulfill his purpose in life, so really this is a win for God. And that's the most important thing.
