She's raised children. She helped educate them, cooked for them, kept them clean, helped them through all their childhood dramas, driven them around, been a part od their lives (still is), helped them become good people, good citizens.

Popping out babies does not guarantee a future citizen of any meaningful caliber.

Time and investment in that child is a much better guarantee, but even that is not a 100% guarantee.
