Sure sports stars are grateful to their moms and they buy them houses and they talk about how hard it was growing up. It's still kften with an attitude of paying a debt because they're mom had to do what was supposed to be their dad's job.
The dad gets the respect when he's there. Mom's just doing what's expected.
When dad isn't there, there's resentment and abandonment. Everything lands on mom and that's a shame but she's still just doing what's expected as a mom but now also filling in for dad, which now needs to be repaid.
