And to stop having to be the centwr of everything or make it all about you.
And be willing to practice. That's what kills me. The constant refrain from men that they never learned and so therefore someone else, a woman, must do it for them forevermore because it's not something they're "naturally" good at.
It's a skillset. You get it the same way you get every other skill in life, from learning to tie your shoes to learning a new job or what have you.
