The way you bring up weight.... if you're checking your weight after every meal still, that's not healthy or normal. Watch out for other signs of an eating disorder and get help if you need it.

Eating disorders are on the rise again amongst teenagers and young women.

You are so much more than a number on a scale. Don't shrink yourself or dim your light for someone who will never be able to keep up with you anyway.
