You had to have been drugged. Hardly anyone blacks out after 3 beers or gets so drunk that they're paralyzed or immobilized to that degree.

And unless you were a virgin which I'm guessing you weren't because of the boyfriend and "cheated on", you wouldn't have been that sore unless it was really rough or sustained (time-wise) sex.

This sounds like more than a rape to me. It sounds more like a likely gang rape based on your description.

Someone else mentioned reporting. Statute of limitations is typically around 5 years in the US on rape. That said, if any of them have current complaints against them, coming forward would add weight to the victim's accusation, especially if you happen to have any evidence to back up your experience.

If you want to pursue it, your better bet would be civil court.
