Already have. Actually, I don't eat much bread or wheat products anymore.

I eat a lot of root vegetables, fruit, proteins, lettuces and other veggies.

I'm not following a paleo diet, but my personal diet is somewhat similar.

Again, my point stands. Sooner or later, if people want to eat, they're going to have to shift away from foods that require a lot of intensive agricultural practices because the fossil fuels won't be there to run the machinery.

I didn't start making that shift specifically for that reason, but it was an unimportant (at the time) factor in the pro column.

I did it to get away from high fructose corn syrup (snack cakes) which just happened to coincide with eating less wheat because of where I was getting the sugar and for the better, more stable energy levels.
