Agree. Men don't have the societal backlash from aging that women do, but men can even have hot flashes.

My dad had one. Shocked the hell out of him because he thought it only ever happened to women.

I agree that men need the same sort of resources to help them understand their aging process and appreciate navigating the experience of it.
