Men like Andrew Tate become popular because of the covetous nature constant competition impresses upon the male mind.
It's a feature of the system. It's not a reponse to anything.
Feminism is somewhat reactionary. It can be seen as an attempt to level of excesses, or a means of holding homeostasis in the system. But it's also disruptive and under its own impetus, actionary in other words.
