I take your point, but there ARE other factors not being considered in such absolutist statements.

Normally I agree with you on most things, and I don't disagree with your broader point here about low effort men. I do think you and some others are missing the mark in how you're talking about it though.

Not everyone lives in a city where they are overwhelmed with dating options.

Not everyone has the money or the time choose high falooting options just to show off.

Not everyone even likes those sorts of things in the first place.

Throwing around money is not a good indicator of intentionality. There are much better ones. Time, attitude, and mindfulness are much much better than money. There are high dollar escorts too. They're still hookers in the end. Pretty Woman was a fairy tale. Just saying.
