A sperm has unique human DNA but it is not a person either. Same for an egg.

You stay hung up on DNA. DNA does not determine personhood. Autonomy does.

Zygotes used for artificial insemination are human. Guess what happens to the ones that don't get used? They get experimented on which eventually leads to their destruction or they get flushed.

Because they're not a person any more than a zygote inside a human female is.

It's a clump of cells, not a person.
