A lot of the labor force has died or is now disabled with long haul Covid too. Or having to be caretaker for a sick family member. Or struggling to cover child care.

Same old same old. Covid amped up a lot of systemic problems with labor and labor compensation.

Employers are going to have to get over it or clean their own damn toilets. Weren't they the ones primarily barking about how the economy was worth a few old people who might die?
