A lot of it is just a language sleight of hand too.

You call them those things when men do it, you call it something else (usually a slur) when women do them.

So no, women have no interest in ending masculinity. We just want it balanced and as I said, we don't want it used as a judge to constantly beat us down for being ourselves and calling our womanhood and femininity into question to stroke men's egos.

The pecking, in all its forms (dominance hierarchy is maintained by pecking), using masculinity as a weapon to peck with....has gotten out of hand.

It needs to stop.

For your own (men's) damn good too.

It's breaking social bonds.
